Every condition carries its governing guideline and edition, with its SNOMED CT concept identifier, ICD-10 code and ICD-11 code. A condition outside these seven domains is not activated, graded or displayed. Today ACI covers 102 conditions across seven domains, while those same seven domains hold 4,294 possible combination conditions, with eight more domains yet to be added.

Where a guideline does not publish a severity grading, ACI shows no number on the clinical standard route and states the guideline's own class instead. The condition-level register is available on request.
