Monitoring is a series of snapshots, and between them the patient is clinically invisible. Laboratory, imaging and bedside data sit in separate systems, and international clinical standards must be remembered and applied by hand. ACI reads all three tiers of evidence continuously and applies the published standard for each condition alongside its own model, so the clinician sees both.
