An IHCPL
platform
For hospitals & NHS trusts

Clinical decision support that fits your infrastructure, not the other way round.

ACI runs on-premise, on general-purpose hardware inside the hospital network, reading from the bedside monitors, record, imaging and laboratory systems you already have.

ACI is read by clinical staff at the point of review. It does not interrupt, does not schedule, does not prioritise patients against one another, and does not require any action of the user.

Built to fit into the hospital you already run.

No new hardware

ACI runs on general-purpose hardware within the hospital network and reads through HL7 FHIR R4, DICOM and a continuous stream interface. No particular monitoring device is required.

Continuous, not point-in-time

Route A updates as live data arrives. Each score shows its direction of travel (improving, stable or deteriorating), derived from trajectory rather than band position.

Nothing gets filled in

An absent value is shown as absent, never as zero. Evidence age sits against every reading, and a lapsed stream is marked stale with the elapsed time.

Every score, traceable

The evidence panel lists every investigation behind a reading, with its value, grading, cited source and time. Every computation is written out with the build version that produced it.

One architecture, multiple settings. The clinical standard never lowers.

Hospital in-patient · Phase 01

Hospital wards, high-dependency and critical care areas, for adult in-patients aged 18 and over.

Hospital to home · Later phase

Post-discharge monitoring on a continuous sensor stream, carrying the hospital record forward.

Care home · Later phase

Elderly residents with conditions across several domains, on an adapted domain subset.

Hospice · Later phase

A separate care setting with comfort-focused scoring on monitored parameters only.

Interoperability

Works with what the hospital already has.

ACI is hardware-agnostic. It needs no particular monitor, analyser or imaging system, is supplied with no hardware of its own, and reads data already generated in the patient's care.

HL7 FHIR R4

Laboratory and electronic record data

DICOM

Imaging findings from the hospital imaging system

Continuous stream

Physiological data from any compliant bedside monitoring source

Clinical safety

Advisory by design, not by disclaimer.

ACI does not diagnose, does not recommend or select a treatment, and does not drive any other medical device. No output is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or an instruction. Every decision, and the responsibility for it, stays with the treating physician.

IEC 62304

Medical device software lifecycle processes. Both routes are developed under the same ISO 13485 quality management system.

ISO 14971

Risk management, including hazard analysis for all 102 conditions and for the platform as a whole.

IEC 62366-1

Usability engineering, so the clinical workflow stays the clinician's, not the software's.

ACI is designed to these standards; certification is not yet complete. See Regulatory & compliance for current status.
